Is it possible to migrate recurring donors from another fundraising platform to Give Lively?

Give Lively has suspended this service until 2021.

When we do restart, your answer depends on the platform and payment processor.

Thus far, Give Lively has successfully migrated recurring donors to Give Lively from platforms like Classy, Moonclerk and Blue State Digital using payment processors like Authorize.Net, Braintree and Stripe.

To explore this further, and grab a spot on our list of migrations to tackle in 2021, send an email to support+migration@givelively.org and include the following details:

• In the subject line: the name of the nonprofit
• In the body of the email:

1. the fundraising platform from which the migration will be happening
2. the payment processor handling the recurring donations
3. the number of monthly donors that will need to be moved and dollar volume of those donations.
