Apply for Give Lively member by going to givelively.org/sign_up. Please note that once your application is submitted, there is a 7- to 10-day processing period as we manually review every submission.
Enter your nonprofit organization’s EIN and click the “Submit" button.
Follow the prompts to enter the email address you’d like associated with your Give Lively nonprofit membership account.
Enter your first and last name and create a password for your account.
You will then be asked a few other important questions, including whether your organization has a Stripe account.
IMPORTANT: Stripe is a highly trusted company that processes all donations made through our platform. All Give Lively nonprofit members must claim or connect a Stripe account to Give Lively to use our technology and for donations raised on our platform to deposited into your nonprofit's bank account. 2. Check Your Email
Depending on how you answered the Stripe-account question, you will receive followup emails.
If you already have a Stripe account, you will get a "you're almost done" email from us at Give Lively prompting you to connect your Stripe account to the Give Lively platform. Click "Connect with Stripe" and follow the instructions.
If you do NOT have a Stripe account, you will get two emails: one from Give Lively confirming that we have received your registration; the other from Stripe, the company that processes all donations made through our platform. After reviewing the email from us, open the email from Stripe, which should have the subject line “Give Lively payments: claim your Stripe account", and then click on the “Claim your Stripe account” link. Fill out the requested information (email address, full name, password) and hit the "Create your Stripe account" button and follow the instructions.
Upon membership approval to Give Lively, you will receive a New Member Welcome Guide email from Give Lively. It will remind you about the very important steps to take with Stripe described above: applying for the nonprofit discount and setting up your Stripe account to accept ACH bank donations.
3. Log in to the Nonprofit Admin Portal
Only accessible by approved Give Lively members, the Nonprofit Admin Portal is where you manage all of your online fundraising using Give Lively technology. You can update your organization’s profile, access donor data, manage campaigns and find links to your fundraising pages. Go to members.givelively.org. Log in to the admin portal using the email address from step 1 above. If you’ve forgotten your password, click “Forgot your password?” directly below the "Log In" button and follow the instructions provided.
