How do I delete a saved payment method?

In keeping with our commitment to privacy and security, and as described in our Privacy Policy, neither Give Lively nor our nonprofit members have access to any payment information, including saved payment methods.

That said, our nonprofit members are able to remove and change payment methods in Stripe, the payment processing partner with whom this information is stored. 

To change or remove a saved payment method, contact the nonprofit to which you are donating. They can manage this information through their Stripe account connected to Give Lively.
