How do I manage Peer-to-Peer Fundraising pages through the User Portal?
Peer-to-peer and team fundraisers have access to their fundraising pages and donor data directly in the User Portal.
Find a Peer-to-Peer Fundraising page through the User Portal
The User Portal has direct links to a user’s Peer-to-Peer Fundraising pages. This allows for easy cross-connection by people who use the same login email address for the User Portal and their fundraising pages.
- Log in to the User Portal. If you aren’t taken directly to the User Portal, click on your email address in the nav bar and select "User Portal".
- Select “Fundraising Pages” in the left-hand navigation.
- Click the “Manage” button of the Peer-to-Peer Fundraising page from the list of nonprofits you support.
Edit a Peer-to-Peer Fundraising page
After clicking on the “Manage” button described in step 3 above, you are taken to the “Personalize Your Page” page of the chosen Peer-to-Peer Fundraising page. You can further customize your page by editing the fields and saving the new information.
View a list of donors who contributed through a Peer-to-Peer Fundraising page
To ensure smooth operations, this feature is being rolled out over time. If you do not yet see this capability, please stand by. We expect it to be available to everyone by early December.
Click on the “Donor List” link in the navigation at the top of the page. On small screens, navigation appears when you click the caret next to your name at the top-left of the screen.
This takes you directly to a list of donors who made a contribution through that specific Peer-to-Peer Fundraising page. The list can be searched by donor name, sorted according to some data columns and the selected data can be exported as a CSV file.
