GivingTuesday donor FAQs and final preparation for GivingTuesday 2023
One of the last things you want to do on GivingTuesday – the busiest fundraising day of the year – is speed-read FAQs in search of answers for donors seeking support.
That’s why we compiled answers to the questions most commonly asked of our support team in past GivingTuesdays.
These GivingTuesday Donor FAQs cover everything from payment method errors your donors may encounter to fixes if donors give through the wrong fundraising page, as well as finding missing receipts and editing recurring donations.
Alongside this donor support cheat sheet, we recommend that, just in case, you be practiced at accessing donor data in the Give Lively Nonprofit Admin Portal and canceling recurring donations and/or refunding donations through your Stripe account.
Our preparation

Our live support team will be ready to help via chat or email from 8am to 8pm EST on November 28. We’ll also respond every business day leading up to GivingTuesday via live chat from 9am–7pm ET and email from 8am–8pm ET, as well as 12pm–3pm ET on Sunday.
