Our door is always open… for Community Office Hours!

If you’ve ever reached out to our customer experience team, then you know that we go above and beyond to be helpful. On the other side of the screen, Jonathan and Jada help nonprofits like yours integrate Salesforce with Give Lively and speed-typists Taiesha, Roderick, Kirsten, Hillary, Jamal and Julicia answer your emails and chats.
You likely also met our account manager, Mike and/or Amy (click through to learn more about them), when you first became a member. They lead product demos and onboard new Give Lively member nonprofits and support you throughout your time using Give Lively’s fundraising tools.
Importantly, they also lead our weekly Community Office Hours: live drop-in sessions during which you can get answers to questions, fundraising and platform-use tips and connect with fellow members.
Whether you’re strategizing for your GivingTuesday drive, setting up Live Display for a spring gala, building a strong board of directors or struggling to engage Peer-to-Peer fundraisers, Amy and Mike are experienced advisors, excellent sounding boards, and empathetic ears, ready to respond to your concerns.
Although you can also request one-on-one video calls with Mike or Amy, these weekly Community Office Hours are the best way to begin, in part because you may also learn with your peers.
