Download contact information for peer-to-peer supporters

Our platform keeps contact information for all of your peer-to-peer supporters (or, as we like to call them, fundraisers) in one, easy-to-find location. This information could be useful when you need to check in with them, send them tips or other incentives for fundraising, or anything else.

To download that information:

• Log in to the Nonprofit Admin Portal and click the “Peer-to-Peer Fundraising” link in the left-hand navigation bar. All of your supporters' Peer-to-Peer Fundraising pages are listed here.
• The full list, complete with fundraiser information, can be downloaded by clicking the "Export All Fundraiser Data" button to the right of the page title..

The information contained in the CSV file will allow you to reach out to your fundraisers and urge them on in their fundraising efforts. You may wish to a create a separate email list of these fundraisers -- now in a different category of donors -- so that you can send them specialized content.

A note about payment forms

Give Lively has two generations of payment forms in use. Your choice of features will dictate which form appears. At present, Peer-to-Peer Fundraising is supported by both generations of payment forms. Activation of Peer-to-Peer Fundraising alongside the other items on this list may trigger the second-generation payment form. Any combination of features or products beyond those detailed on this list will continue to see use of the first-generation donation form.

IMPORTANT: Both generations of payment forms guide donors through very similar giving experiences and there is no reason a nonprofit should favor one payment form over the other. Over the next few months, the new payment form will become the standard for all Give Lively donation pages. Learn more here.
